One of my three submissions has been moved DIRECTLY to the scraps folder simply because it was determined by the gallery director as being a 'miscat'. That is SO wrong! Who are they to decide what goes where?! This is about art, and I have the right to freedom of expression! It's all in the interpretation of the image and subject! You had NO RIGHT to determine where this should be categorized! This injustice will NOT stand.

Anybody buying this crap? I hope not.

My moved submission was miscat'd and timed on purpose. Even ~I~ know what a macro is and is not, though I warn 'ya Mistress, I will be testing the limits of the definition.

It's the GD's responsibility to clean up the galleries when the art does not fit the criteria. The criteria is defined. The artist does NOT have a right to make the final determination of what goes where on a privately owned site (we could go on about this). The GD's have every right to move it to where-ever they feel. It's that simple. Some people should really stop crying and stomping their feet about these things.

The Evil One has explained to me what defines a macro, and what it is NOT. Even ~I~ get it! I just wish other people could get a flipping CLUE!. RTFM provided by the Macro Director for crying out loud! (That's "Read the Fine Material", if you're wondering). There are folks on this site willing to help if you're confused. Read the definitions! Ask! Am I shouting? Sorry 'bout that.

I promised not to intentionally 'miscat' images in the future, and will keep that promise. However, I will be testing the limits...mwahahahahaha! Just wait 'til the weather improves and I can get all my gear outside. (you have been warned )
